Complaints And Lost Items
Any breach of Autostradale’s principles or obligations should be reported by email to firstname.lastname@example.org and a reply will be sent from the relevant department within 30 days of filing the complaint.
Liability and Compensation for damage
The Company will pay compensation for any damage to property or persons caused by its liability in the following cases:
- Damage involuntarily caused to third parties by our vehicles (including passengers travelling in any capacity);
- Loss of baggage (excluding money, valuables or property) for which a ticket has been bought: in this case, the maximum amount payable by Autostradale is €134;
- Accidental damage to clothing.
In order to claim damages within the above mentioned amounts, the incident must be reported to the driver and Autostradale must be notified via email at email@example.com who will then follow the necessary procedures.
In case of forgotten or lost items on board one of our coaches, our staff will take any items found on board at the Ufficio Movimento Autostradale di Pero at Via Gramsci No.2. To enquire about lost property please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
