During the service, a 30-minute stop at a service area will be guaranteed.
TICKET EXPIRY
It is mandatory to book the return ticket at least 3 days before the planned travel date. Tickets expire on the last day of service: September 14, 2025.
LUGGAGE
Luggage is transported free of charge at the traveler's own risk. The company does not assume responsibility for loss, damage or theft. It is forbidden to transport flammable, harmful or dangerous substances.

Where can I buy tickets?
Tickets can be purchased online, directly at the stop or at our sales points.
What is the price of a ticket purchased at the stop?
The ticket purchased at the stop has a surcharge of €2, compared to a purchase made online.
How long is my ticket valid for?
The ticket for airport services is valid until it is validated, regardless of the date and time chosen during the purchase phase. For the Malpensa-Turin line and the Gran Turismo Lines, see the General Terms and Conditions.
How far in advance should I show up at the stop?
Those who have purchased tickets online must arrive at least 15 minutes before the departure time.
Where can I find the address of the stops?

Do children travel for free?
Children up to 2 years old travel free of charge. The ticket price for children from 3 to 12 years old is €5.
How can I recover my booking?

How much luggage can I bring with me?

Can I change my ticket?
In case of ticket modification, a fixed fee of 5 euros will be charged if the modification is made within 48 hours before departure. If the modification is requested less than 48 hours before departure time, the ticket will be cancelled with the issuance of a voucher equal to 50% of the ticket price.
Can I change my seat?
It is not possible to change the seat, only the departure date.

Are tickets refundable?
In case of cancellation of the ticket, a voucher will be issued whose value will be equal to: 100% of the booking amount if the cancellation is made on the same day of purchase (with the exception of purchases made on the same day of departure); 70% of the booking amount if the cancellation is made at least 48 hours before the departure time; 50% of the booking amount if the cancellation is made less than 48 hours before the departure time. The ticket is not refundable if it is partially used.
For which routes can I use the voucher?
The vouchers issued can be used for purchases on all our websites (autostradale.it, busitalia.it, airportbusexpress.it) for both Gran Turismo and Airport line tickets.
How long is the voucher valid for?
Vouchers are valid for one year from the date of cancellation.
What are the differences if I buy the ticket through a travel agency?
In case of ticket modification, a fixed fee of € 5,00 must be paid if the modification is made within 48 hours before departure. If the modification is requested less than 48 hours before departure, the ticket will be cancelled with the retention of the entire amount. In case of ticket cancellation, a 30% retention will be applied if the request is made within 48 hours of departure, 100% if the cancellation is requested less than 48 hours of departure. Ticket refunds, excluding the retention, must be requested from the company that manages the transport service at the address: Autostradale Srl, via A. Gramsci n°2, Pero (MI), or by writing an e-mail to the address segreteria2@autostradale.com.
Are pets allowed on board?
Each traveler, in possession of a travel document, is allowed to bring one pet with them at all times.

can only be admitted on board with a carrier with a maximum size of 118 cm (55x40x23 cm) and not
has the right to a seat. The transport of animals, excluding guide dogs, may be refused in the event of

as a companion with free travel; for all other pets, the relevant one must be purchased
ticket at the current rate.
Tourist Services: The ticket provided for the transport of a pet, with the above characteristics,
will be equal to 50% of the amount expected for the trip and will be issued directly on board.
