How long is my ticket valid for?
The ticket is valid for the date and journey booked at the time of purchase.
How far in advance should I show up at the stop?
Those who have purchased the ticket online must show up with at least 15 minutes in advance of the departure time.

Do children travel for free?
Children travel free if they are under 1 meter tall; otherwise they will pay the full price of the ticket.
How can I recover my booking?

Can I change or cancel my ticket?
It is permitted to make, subject to availability of seats and provided that it is done no later than the departure time of the bus, only one change of date and/or journey per ticket (it is not possible to change the destination). The change can be made by calling the number +39 035 289000 (Monday-Friday from 08:00 to 20:00, on Saturdays from 08:00 to 13:00) or at authorized retailers (Bus Station in Corso Bolzano in Turin or Autostradale Office at Malpensa Airport). In the case of online purchase, it is possible to make the change directly on the site. Only in the event of a flight delay and only for journeys departing from Malpensa is it possible to make a change within 24 hours of the departure time of the previously reserved journey. If the passenger with a reservation does not show up by the departure time of the reserved journey, the company reserves the right to resell the seat to any passengers present at the stop without a travel ticket.
Are tickets refundable?
The traveler may request directly on the Autostradale website the cancellation of the travel ticket up to 48 hours before the date and time of departure with a reduction of 30% of the price paid. The ticket purchased in the 48 hours before the date and time of departure is not refundable, as is the travel ticket to which a journey has been previously changed.

How much luggage can I bring with me?
With the purchase of the ticket you can bring 1 hold bag plus a small bag to take on board. Any additional bags will be subject to a cost of €9.
Are pets allowed on board?
Each traveler, in possession of a travel ticket, is allowed to carry a pet provided that it is very small and has been fitted with a device to render it harmless. The pet can be admitted on board only in a carrier with a maximum size of 118 cm (55x40x23 cm) and is not entitled to a seat. The transport of animals, excluding guide dogs, may be refused if the bus is crowded. Guide dogs are admitted free of charge unless the blind person is assisted by an accompanying person with free travel; for all other pets, a ticket must be purchased at the applicable rate.
